ok...this patient complained he's having pain(memulas)at his right hypochondriac region..admitted this morning and his body temperature spiked reaching 40 degree Celsius...Murphy Sign is +ve...Someone please help me to make differential diagnosis...TQ
p/s-not to forget..before he is admitted, he claimed to be at the jungle(hunting maybe)..and he's and Orang Asli..
by now-the doctors is going to rule out Ascending Cholangitis..thanks Franco for your reply on FB..
